Delete your account

You can delete your iakimo sushi account and the personal data connected to it at any time.

In the app

1. Open the iakimo sushi app and go to Profile.
2. Tap Delete Account and confirm.

By email or phone

If you can't open the app, email help@iakimo.com from the address on your account (or call +1 (916) 305-9605) and ask us to delete your account. Please include your name and phone number so we can find it. We may ask you to verify your identity first.

What happens

• We delete your account information: your account, email, name, phone number, birthday, favorites, reviews and loyalty points.
• Loyalty points and promo benefits on the account are lost and cannot be restored.
• Orders you placed stay in the restaurant's and Square's records without a link to your account.
• We aim to complete deletion within 30 days.
• We may keep records we are required to keep by law, such as tax and accounting records of completed orders and payments (processed by Square), and information needed to resolve disputes or prevent fraud.
